Fixed without a house call
A lot of problems don’t need someone onsite. With a secure remote connection we can see your screen (only when you allow it) and fix software issues, clean up malware, set up email, configure printers, and tune up a slow machine — often within the hour, and usually cheaper than a visit.
You’re always in control: you approve the connection, watch what we do, and end the session whenever you like. We use trusted tools like RustDesk, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer, and we’ll walk you through installing one in a couple of minutes.
When onsite is better
Some jobs — hardware, networking, a computer that won’t boot — need hands. We’ll tell you honestly when remote can solve it and when it’s worth having us come to you.

Yes — you approve and watch the whole session, and access ends when it’s over. Nothing happens without your say-so.
How do I start a remote session?
We’ll send you a link and walk you through installing a small tool (RustDesk/AnyDesk/TeamViewer). It takes a couple of minutes.
