For booked remote sessions

Connecting for your remote session

We connect using one of three tools: RustDesk, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer. Not sure which? We'll tell you when you call — RustDesk is our default. Pick yours below and follow the steps.

You're in control the whole time.

You read us a one-time ID and password, you watch everything we do on your screen, and access ends the moment you close the app. Nothing is installed permanently, and we can't reconnect later without a new code from you.

Our default — free, open-source, no account needed.

  1. 1Download RustDesk for your computer (Windows or Mac) and open it — there is no account or sign-up.
  2. 2On the left under "Your Desktop" you'll see an ID (a string of digits) and a One-Time Password.
  3. 3Read us that ID and password over the phone.
  4. 4A box appears when we connect — you can watch everything we do.
  5. 5Close RustDesk any time to end the session. Nothing stays running.

Lightweight and fast. Good on slower connections.

  1. 1Download AnyDesk from the official site and open it.
  2. 2Find "Your Address" (a 9-digit number) on the main screen.
  3. 3Read us that number over the phone.
  4. 4When we connect, a prompt pops up — click "Accept."
  5. 5Closing AnyDesk ends the session; we set up nothing permanent.

Use "QuickSupport" — it runs without installing.

  1. 1Download "TeamViewer QuickSupport" — it runs straight away, no installation.
  2. 2Open it. It shows "Your ID" and a "Password."
  3. 3Read us the ID and password over the phone.
  4. 4Every session uses a brand-new one-time password.
  5. 5Close the window when we're done to end access.

Ready when you are

Installed one of these? Call and read us your ID — most remote sessions start within minutes.
