Virus & Malware Removal
Popups, fake warnings, browser hijackers, and mystery slowdowns — cleaned out and kept out.
Onsite, one-hour minimum. Free diagnosis — if we can't fix it, you don't pay.
Signs you have malware
Endless popups, a browser that opens to a page you didn’t choose, fake “your computer is infected — call this number” warnings, a sudden slowdown, or programs you don’t recognize are all classic signs. Some of it is harmless-but-annoying adware; some of it is trying to steal passwords or money.
We remove it thoroughly — not just the obvious popup, but the browser hijackers, scheduled tasks, and leftovers that bring it back — and then set you up so it’s less likely to happen again.
The scam angle
A huge share of “virus” calls are actually scams: a scary popup with a phone number, or someone claiming to be Microsoft or your bank. We’ll tell you honestly what’s a real infection versus a scam, and make sure no one talked you into handing over access or money.
Common questions
Is that “call Microsoft” popup a real virus?
Almost always no — it’s a scam popup, not an infection. Don’t call the number. We can remove it and confirm your machine is clean.
Do I need to buy expensive antivirus?
Usually not. We’ll set you up with solid protection that fits how you use your computer — often free is enough.
