Set up so it actually works
Smart home gear is easy to buy and frustrating to make work together. We set up cameras, video doorbells, thermostats, smart speakers, plugs, and TVs so they connect reliably, work from your phone, and don’t constantly drop offline. If you’re mixing brands, we’ll get them cooperating where they can and tell you honestly where they won’t.
When devices keep going offline, the cause is usually the network — weak Wi-Fi where the device lives, or too many gadgets on an underpowered router. We fix the root cause instead of endlessly re-pairing things.
Streaming and TVs
Buffering smart TVs and streaming boxes are on our list too — usually a Wi-Fi or app problem we can clear up quickly.

My camera keeps going offline — why?
Nine times out of ten it’s Wi-Fi strength where the camera is mounted. We fix the coverage so it stays connected.
Can you get different smart-home brands to work together?
Where they support it, yes — and we’ll be upfront about the combinations that simply don’t play nicely.
