What we fix

We handle the everyday computer failures that stop you working: machines that won’t power on, blue screens and random restarts, freezes and lockups, failing hard drives, broken laptop screens, dead keyboards, and batteries that no longer hold a charge. We service Windows PCs and Macs, desktops and laptops, and we swap out parts where it makes sense (laptop internals are more limited than desktops — we’ll tell you honestly what’s worth doing).

The first step is always a diagnosis. We find the actual cause before touching anything, tell you what it’ll take, and give you a price — so there are no surprises and you’re never paying to “try things.”

How it works

We come to you — most jobs are done same-day or next-day, onsite. For software problems we can often start remotely the same hour. You get a plain-English explanation of what went wrong and what we did, plus honest advice on whether a repair or a replacement is the smarter money.
